By entering you are agreeing to be automatically subscribed in Deborah M. Jackson’s Courageous Clarity and Inspired Faith Works blog, articles, videos and news via email.

 

1. To be eligible you must be following @deborahmariajackson and @aucoinhartjewelers on Instagram

2. The promoter is Deborah M. Jackson and the contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter project give (giveaway competition).

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Competition is running on Instagram, Facebook and DeborahMJacksonMinistries.org

6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will disqualify you as an entrant.

7. Closing date for the entry will be end of day March 15, 2018. After this date no further entries for this project give giveaway will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason or situation Contest is open to person 18 years of age and older. Contest limited to US and Canada residents only, excluding Quebec

8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in any event, for any reason, or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other even outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the completion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition

10. The prize is as follows: 1 winner will receive (1) Sterling Silver Aucoin Hart Fleur Delis Heart Charm and Inspired Faith Works Chain Link Bracelet.

11. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize, project give donor with another of equivalent value without giving notice

13. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Instagram. At time of notification, the winner must have open Instagram accounts and must remain open for 24 hours thereafter. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 days of notification (48 hours), we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

14. The winner (after notification) will inform the promoter when and where the prize can be delivered.

15. The winner will be announced on Instagram stories after he/she is notified.

16. By entering this completion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by terms and conditions

17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current US data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent
